While much of this article would have made complete sense to me, even a few weeks ago, I now see that it is also flawed. It’s important to be mindful of people’s sensitivities; not everyone is strong enough to receive even constructive feedback, let alone out and out criticism so it’s vital to make sure that they are open to feedback as well. Remember, everything is a point of view so you can also agree to disagree with someone else. What’s right for you may not be right for them. Personally, I’m currently working on being more loving and gracious towards people. Love is what transforms – and not just others but yourself too. Of course, I’m not suggesting that you hang around people with whom you don’t resonate – at least I haven’t reached Mother Teresa’s vibration yet! If you’re a leader of people, it’s important to understand their needs – that’s how you motivate them to be the best they can be.
