True Worth Transformational Tip 4

I’m going to make a bold statement.  The single most important thing you can do for yourself is to master your thoughts.  And I’m not going to pretend it’s easy either.

I know from my clients who are highly qualified experienced professionals that they nevertheless find themselves undercharging, discounting their fees or over-servicing their clients.  This not only causes a loss of revenue but also stress, tiredness, strained relationships and even overwhelm.

This has nothing to do with their ability.  By and large, the root cause is that they are listening and buying into their thoughts.  That’s all.

What thoughts are you listening to which aren’t really true?

So my tip for today is stop listening to those thoughts which are not serving you and choose healthy, vibrant thoughts which make you feel good.
